Richard Holland is the Chief Executive Officer of Nation Safe Drivers (NSD), one of North America’s most trusted providers of roadside assistance and finance & insurance (F&I) products for automotive, RV, marine, and powersports dealers. Bringing over 30 years of results-driven leadership, Holland has revitalized NSD’s market presence, strengthened dealer partnerships, and positioned the company as a leader in scalable, technology-driven solutions that boost dealership performance and customer satisfaction.

Before joining NSD, Holland served as CEO of Endurance Warranty Services, where he led a 266% growth cycle and reengineered company operations for long-term scalability. As Managing Director of Solera North America, he oversaw $700M in revenue and $300M in EBITDA while leading a team of 3,100 professionals. He has also held key leadership roles at Revolos, AutoPoint, DealerTrack DMS, and founded Arkona, Inc.—a dealership management solutions company acquired by DealerTrack. In recognition of his entrepreneurial success, Holland was named Utah Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young and Microsoft.

Known for his deep expertise in P&L management, M&A strategy, and high-performing team leadership, Holland continues to drive innovation at the intersection of automotive retail, F&I profitability, and customer experience. He holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Utah.
